Motopi is a small farming community in the northern part of the beautiful Botswana. With this project the Lord thought it good to spoil an elderly couple running a Christian Missionary outpost. After a big tree destroyed one of the caravans, providing sleepover shelter for travelers and Missionaries passing through, we were given the task of rebuilding a 2 bedroom out building on the property as well as a bathroom to one of the bedrooms on the main house. After the miraculous supply of funds for this project, 2 of us set off to Botswana to get this project going. We were faced with typical Africa challenges. The closest town to find building materials was 100 km away in Maun. After having to travel to Maun twice was were able to arrange the delivery of all the materials needed. The construction work was lead by one of the local builders and 2 assistants. The project was not completed at time of our departure, but we believe the Lord wanted us to get it started as the builder was local and could complete the job after we left.
